The conceit is a single apartment and a fixed set of cameras. Performers arrive, choose each other, and are filmed. There is no script and, crucially, no attempt to make the encounter legible to an audience that is not in it.
This is the site that answers the taxonomy problem most directly. The lesbian category on a tube is a marketing decision. Here it is simply who is present. The difference is visible in the first minute and does not stop being visible.
Production values are modest and deliberately so. Fixed cameras, ordinary light, no score. What you gain is the sense that nothing was arranged for you, which is the whole product.
It will not suit everyone. Unarranged means unedited pacing, moments that go nowhere, bodies filmed from wherever the camera happened to be. The site trades polish for something it considers more valuable, and it is right to, but the trade is real.
